50 Broad Street

Building was erected in 1913 and is located in Lower Manhattan Development Area. Main elevations (facing 50 Broad Street) underwent full restoration of its terracotta elements and parapet walls including decorative pyramids on top of parapets. Rear elevations (facing New Street) underwent full restoration of its terracotta and brick elements and parapet walls.

All windows were replaced with new energy efficient windows. Additionally, sidewalk in front of the Building has been replaced. HLZAE performed all pre-construction inspections and supervised all aspects of restoration and repairs working closely with contractor and Ownership.
