2 Pierrepont Street

HLZAE worked on 2 Pierrepont Street for a full gut renovation of the entire 12-story landmark building. This included full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler replacement. Over the course of this multi-year project, HLZAE elevated the space and completely transformed the building into a luxury rental space with our MEP services.  

The developer for this project had a tight budget but our team was mindful of the budget constraints and worked to find the best solutions at an affordable price keeping within the budget. This large-scale gut renovation was completed in 2018.
