121 Varick Street

121 Varick Street is a 12-story commercial building located in downtown’s Hudson Square neighborhood. The building was finished in 1928 and is a pre-war commercial co-op building.

Our work consisted of evaluating the electrical and mechanical infrastructure and designing electrical upgrades for each shareholder. In a timely manor, we needed to navigate commercial spaces to survey electrical systems, cooling systems and piping without disturbing on-going operations. We then provided an investigative report on the existing installations. We also provided a remedy course to address the power and colling issues present.
