Biography
With more than 15 years of experience, Harron serves as Executive Director of Brands & Culture at HLZAE, overseeing all internal and external touchpoints to ensure alignment with the firm’s vision and brand values. With a focus on brand continuity, Harron leads initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and enhance the client experience.
In this role, Harron oversees the Marketing Department, ensuring that all communications elevate the brand and adheres to HLZAE’s long-term perspective. Collaborating across departments, Harron fosters a cohesive culture consistent with HLZAE’s values, while also overseeing HR departments to ensure an exceptional employee experience firmwide.
With a strategic approach to client relations, Harron develops communication strategies to drive engagement and retention, nurturing existing clients and generating leads for new business development. Harron also oversees office operations, optimizing productivity through technology and collaborative relationships.
Beyond traditional responsibilities, Harron leads firmwide projects, leveraging project management and business development expertise to ensure successful outcomes. Acting as a single point of contact for multi-disciplinary projects, Harron coordinates with project teams, manages budgets and timelines, and resolves client issues to maintain HLZAE’s standard of excellence.
Harron earned a Bachelor of Science from University of Massachusetts Amherst.
