Biography

With over 5 years of experience, Ali serves as a Senior Project Manager at HLZAE. He is involved in projects from inception through close-out, presenting various options for remediation to enable the client to make informed decisions for the property. He is responsible for developing project drawings,
details, bid documents, field reports, inspections, meeting minutes, and other project documents.

Ali’s project experience includes the exterior repair of 424 East 52nd Street and 433 East 51st Street, located within the Southgate Complex, a five-building residential development in Manhattan’s Beekman neighborhood. Another project was 56-11 94th Street, a seven-story residential building in Queens that was nearly destroyed after a fire. This project was completed within one year after the fire, allowing displaced families to return to their homes. Ali also worked on roof and façade repairs to165 Perry Street, a seven-story residential building in the West Village.

Ali graduated from the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Albert Dorman Honors College with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architecture Students (AIAS).
