REMINDER: Cycle 9 Window B Deadline is next week!

As the deadline for Cycle 9 Window B Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) quickly approaches, HLZAE wants to remind you of the FISP Cycle window opening and closing dates in order to take the necessary actions for your building.

Windows:

• Window B deadline is February 21st, 2023. This includes block numbers ending in 0,7, or 8.
• Window C is open and accepting inspection reports through February 21, 2024 for blocks ending in 1, 2, or 3.
• Window A closed on February 21st, 2022, for blocks ending in 4, 5, 6, or 9. However, you can submit your report late to stop the late filing penalties.

Late filing fees include: $1,000/month penalties and an additional $5,000 failure to file penalty, which is assessed on an annual basis.
